Conditions of refund	If you are not happy, we would like you to come to our salon so that we can check the situation. If it is possibe to fix, your stylist will consult you and work on your hair without any charge. Once you come to our salon and if it is clear that the damage of your hair is our fault, or if your current style is not what you originally asked for, and these cases are only if irreversible, we will refund you.
