There was a restriction that haircuts for men by certified beauticians are prohibited,
which is decided to discontinue by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare
Since Black Biz runs “beauty salons for men”, we were interviewed.
This restriction has been effective since 1978, but not many people know about it.
Nowadays, it is common that men also go to beauty salons,
and finally the restriction will be ended, that’s why we were interviewed.
The interview was suddenly decided on the 19th and held at Black Biz Ginza.
Our CEO was interviewed and some of our customers who happened to be at the salon
were also interviewed.
